It’s amazing how many of y’all want to live wrong and be right.
Who do you expect to arbitrate that? God? The Government? The “movement?”
Nobody will be able to absolve you in this lifetime until you learn to stop abusing your relationships with others. If you don’t care, if you just wanna blow up on the world like a stray pipe bomb tossed in a daycare… that’s your choice. Just be aware that you aren’t an activist for any just cause, and the “effects” of your “cause” may be very different from what you imagine.
The real activism you need to do is on your self… it’s shadow work. It’s messy and heavy and real. It’s deprogramming all of those false conclusions and “solutions” you’ve been imbued with about hypothetical woulda coulda “shoulds” and “shouldn’ts”—until you get to the real *should* and *should not.* Only then will you be ready to speak lucid truth into our world. Confidence is something you need to earn, just like truth. Until then, you are only adding to the chaos and noise.
I would love for it to be “none of my business” but believe me when I say that y’all make it my business… Much like a child having a mental breakdown in public becomes everybody’s business sooner than later, and that can be a very difficult situation to resolve if no adults are willing to step in and intervene. Sorry if that’s offensive, but it’s actually defensive… something you would do well to contemplate before it’s too late for you.
You aren’t about to teach anybody integrity in your busted-ass state of mind. Healing is hard work, but it’s also the first principle to becoming fully “active” again. The world needs conscious activism, not unconscious sloganeering, and trite bullet points devoid of context and concept. Get rid of your trash programming about what healing should look like, and hold yourself accountable…you know, the way you want everybody else to be held accountable?
I’m sure a lot of cr@p-@$$ egos are all ready ready to yap about me deafly about don’t tell them what to do, and how I must be a hypocrite for the discomfort I’ve caused them. I didn’t tell you what to do, and I can’t, and I won’t. I am giving you some context for why what you’re doing isn’t working. This is a life long process, and perfection is bound to be the enemy of good, but that too goes both ways. Are you really doing your work? The work you want everybody else to do for you?
I’m not the boss of you, Boss. I’m not the king of you, King. I’m not the queen of you, Queen. Dismiss this wisdom at your own risk.
