Artist Resource Center
We are located in Upstate New York presently and may be able to provide gear, art supplies, or recording help in person (possibly even by mail or over the phone/internet) to those who need help bringing their vision into the world. Our sister group, A.R.C. or Artist Resource Collective, is focused on this very mission.
